IP Concerns
We take intellectual property (IP) concerns seriously and never intend to infringe on any trademark or copyright. We make no claims to be officially licensed by, endorsed by or associated with any entities or persons, unless expressly stated.
We perform extensive research through the USPTO before creating or selling any new merchandise, but are also aware that new trademarks may be approved after we have created or begun selling a design.
If you believe we have infringed on any IP, please notify us with the information below. We would be happy to discuss any usage concerns further with you.
All IP concerns must be sent via USPS or package carrier to the following address:
Mister Medicore LLC
Attn: Legal Department
615 Old Hickory Blvd
Unit 610
Nashville, TN 37209
The following information must be included with the letter:
1) Your name and/or the organization you are representing (if not yourself).
2) Specific designs or products where infringement is in question. Please provide the specific URL(s) with a description of the design or part of the design where infringement is in question.
3) The U.S. Trademark registration number(s) that is in question of being infringed upon.
4) A statement by you in good faith that Mister Medicore LLC is not authorized by the law to use the disputed graphic(s), design(s) and/or wordmark(s).
5) If you are not the legal owner of the IP in question, you must also include a statement, signed by you under penalty of perjury, that you have been retained by the IP owner prior to sending this letter to protect the IP in question and have the authority to represent their IP.
6) Address, phone number and email address for follow-up questions or comments.
Just like we take your rights to protect your IP seriously, we take our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and expression seriously. We do not tolerate false claims of ownership, the abuse of powers, threats or intimidation that infringes on our First Amendment rights or that misrepresents the statutes of the Lanham Act or other Trademark law for fair use, parody use and marks of public domain.
